Luke is the lead design advocate at zeroheight. They host the DesignOps Island Discs podcast, host the WDC conference in Bristol and help organizations worldwide with their design system via their work with zeroheight and DesignOps Assembly. They've worked as a design leader across enterprise and startups, and have a passion for good org design and creating community. When they're not enthusing about designops and design systems, they sing in a queer punk band and make zines.

Lucy is a Senior Product Manager at zeroheight, working across our API, Integrations and Adoption features. She has many years experience working with product teams, mainly in the creative tech space, building tools that people love.

Seth is a Senior Product Engineer at zeroheight, working on empowering developers to contribute and measure the adoption of their design system. He enjoys playing video games, building endless side-projects, and shouting about them to anyone who will listen.
